Garage with Apartment New Build
Project Details
We completed the build of this two car garage and second-story apartment in April of 2019. Our client loves the bright red color of the exterior! The scope of work included everything from excavation to roofing to the final trim, cabinets, and flooring. It took about five months from start to finish.
Inside the Apartment
The apartment area includes an open kitchen, dining, and living area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, as well as lots of storage space in both open shelving and closets. Both cozy and spacious-feeling, the home features dark wood stains and accents, while the large windows on the front of the apartment provide bright natural lighting. There is a first floor entry into a foyer area as well as an entry on the side from the porch.
