Bridgewater Airbnb Studio Build
Here are a few pictures from a studio apartment that we just finished building in Bridgewater. There was a small shed here that we removed; then we excavated the area and installed a retainer/foundation wall to retain the dirt in the backyard.
The first floor is a finished workshop space and a dance studio room, and the second floor is a studio apartment currently listed on Airbnb. Joel Smith at Smith Drafting Company in Harrisonburg designed the project. He did a great job with the homeowner to bring her vision to life!
The brick on this accent wall (right) was all done by the homeowner after we finished our portion of the project. It turned out amazing! Lots of time and attention went into getting it just right! The front-facing windows offer a view of the North River, and the deck is a great place to sit and enjoy the river sights and sounds. If you’re looking for a little weekend getaway in Bridgewater, this would be a great place to stay!
